Pros

Open, honest and impressive (EMEA Management) Great autonomy and trust given within the team. Awesome perks, competitive package gifts and solid culture one can expect here at Deep Instinct. Creative sales team who truly have the ability to strategically think and deliver and want to empower colleagues alike. Exciting times for this great technology and it's certainly taking shape within SecOps today in Enterprises and MSSP's with high curiosity and interest. Healthy respect for work/life balance. Feel part of something real and moving in an entrepreneurial atmosphere that are seriously changing the landscape and perception of security operations.

Cons

Standard teething issues of a 'Start-up' currently within EMEA. Creating and evolving processes. Other than this I've not seen any 'cons' yet.

Pros

The entire leadership team, starting with Lane Bess, is top notch at both sales execution and creating a thriving culture.

Cons

if I had to pick a con, it would be that we don't have more native integrations with other products, but that just takes time and maturity as an organization.

Pros

true cyber prevention solution the industry desperately needs

Cons

didn't have enough features and functionality to help customers rip/replace their current EDR platform. Without remediation, for example, and in the 1/10th of 1% chance a breach happens with Deep Instinct but without EDR what does a customer do? In tech, unless you saving customers money while offering them with many more features you're not selling anything because all you're then offering is a feature set for more budget. The endpoint budget is fixed and stable and they don't have budget to spend for another few bucks per endpoint. Not sure why mgt never ever figured out how OEM this to the EDR tools rather than stick to selling it solo. What a huge blunder!! e
