I took the time to read the reviews of candidates who haven't been hired for the job, and have to say, it was quite an unpleasant experience. It's hard to be rejected, and it certainly is hard to fail, though unfortunately not all candidates can be hired. Failing should be an opportunity for learning and recognizing own weaknesses, not a reason to tarnish a name of a company. From my point of view, the interview process and working for this company is a positive experience.
