      Pros

      Deecon is a rapidly growing company with great company culture. Experience is really valued and this is something you are able to attain from day one.

      Cons

      The salary is slightly lower to other consultancies but I feel the experience and responsibility far out way this downside.

      A true team culture Collaboration with a very bright team Hybrid work Interesting work

      Only operates in the UK, so there is currently no option for "desk swap schemes"

      Rapidly growing, lots of new benefits and company perks and next to none culture that sets Deecon apart from big consultancy.

      Small office (but moving to a new big one soon!)
