Current/leaving employee - Operations Supervisor Dedicated Transportation Solutions Employee Review

The Lakeland operation has the potential to be a smooth simple operation but Upper management over complicates the processes. Severely Micro Managed, No access to computers/manament reporting to research & correct issues. Upper Management is out of sync and has difficulty prioritizing. Upper mgmt supports a good ole "Boy" system and is not available when needed.
