Pros

I can't think of any at this point.

Cons

This company used to be Dedicated Technologies and if you want to read about the owner go there as well. The women is very controlling and once in the company just did not get a good feeling about her. I even witnessed one of her employees crying after talking to her. I later found out they do not have a good reputation from people in the industry that knew her. Glad I am gone!

I’m sorry that we didn't properly explain to you that Dedicated Tech Services (DTS) and Dedicated Technologies, Inc. are actually two separate companies. DTS was established in 2008. DTS takes pride in creating constructive experiences for our staff and employees, and it starts in the recruiting and training process. I have reviewed your comments with the current team to see where we can improve when training newly hired recruiters. I’m truly sorry that you came away with any form of distress. The only con I have is the bimonthly pay.

Pros

I worked for DTS as a contract Technical Writer for six (6) years, and I always felt encouraged and supported by DTS. The CEO, Patty Lickliter, is a true leader within her business, even during COVID, when there was so much uncertainty about our jobs and future contracts. However, she persevered to ensure contract jobs were maintained and worked hard to find you something if contracts ended, which was my curcumstance. When my contract of four (4) years ended, DTS hit the ground running to help me secure a new postion, as they wanted for my success. I enjoyed my tenure with DTS and ultimately, I was able to seure a fullt-time position with one of their clients with their blessing. I left DTS learning alot and feeling confident, as I move forward with the next chapter of my career.

Cons

I wish there were more opportunities for raises, but I understand that these situations are not always within their control.
