Pros
Assuming you speak Spanish, the coworkers are absolutely great (Northfield). There are some very great low-level workers at this site. Also, the head manager at the site is approachable, respectful, and well-regarded. After probationary period, pay increases and is reflected in group productivity.
Cons
Mid level management is easily the worst I have ever come across. Openly hostile and racist towards some employees, with no room for responsive action. Often retaliatory. Not accommodating whatsoever to the language skills of some employees. Also, work duration is extremely variable and resulted in weeks where little-to-no work was available. Sometimes work was cut very short for certain employees. Was made to be unnecessarily personal when shifts/hours were cut.
