Pros
This is an extremely easy to do job and 4 day work weeks are great. Easy to pick up an extra day, but only if it doesn't give you more than 40 hours. They will hire anyone.
Cons
Overtime is a rarity. There is not any paid time off. The benefits are not adequate for anyone with a spouse or a family. Communication between management staff and employees is the worst I have ever seen.
