Treated me well, and good benefits and pay

I got laid off after 6 months

Coworkers are quiet and don't bother anyone.

Management are snakes. They love to discuss everyone's business with employees, they're quick to "burn you" the second they can, over work their employees, they don't take any problems presented to them serious, nor do they fix any damages to the building or re stock on essential items (like hand towels, toilet paper ) in a timely manner. The breakroom is usually found with overflowing trash that will sit for days without anyone touching it (because trash bags are locked up). Management will play extreme favorites and will take their aggression out on those who they don't personally like.
