Pros

I have the flexibility to change peoples lives for the better. The team is great to work with, they watch your back and pick you up when you stumble. The culture is open to feedback and change, it's an upbeat positive culture and you feel it when you walk in the door. Many times we have visitors who say the same thing, they feel the positive vibe when they walk in. The office is super cool, a lot of street art on the walls, a lot of color. Music is great and the free snacks and pop are good too. There is a sports area for Ping-Pong, bags, and foosball, super cool to have those things. There is a golf SIM area and lounge. We had "open mic" night recently and it was a blast.

Cons

Maybe the only con is that sometimes team members start here and they don't think they need to hold themselves accountable to excellence. Because we show so much grace, some take advantage of it. Usually those team members leave us, and many ask to come back, the miss how cool this place is.

Pros

Good work environment and co-workers, people-first attitude, growth environment, opportunities for people to take on responsibility and be seen/recognized. Professional leadership development opportunities. Gym reimbursement. Mental Health reimbursement. Free Nurse Line. Free chiropractic care. For collectors, uncapped commissions (they can make more than the C-suite). Implementing EOS right now and have a John Maxwell coach helping lead the company.

Cons

Growing pains. Growing a small business can be extra painful especially for specific employees. We've outgrown people's ability to lead in their position and that's been hard to walk through. The company has also failed some employees over the years (not enough training, not enough feedback, etc.) None of this is intentional or malicious. I saw this at my last job too. What's good is the company continues to get better. New leaders with time. Comp for the collectors is great, but you have to earn it. Comp for the rest of the staff seems to be middle of the road. Benefits are better than required so that can offset some of this. Flexibility and a good work environment is also helpful.
