Still has a long way to go - Anonymous employee Decypher Employee Review

The company is not well established overseas and that shows. There is one person to work through issues with for multiple locations. HR is not easily accessible. Pay is less than standard, it is obvious the company takes advantage of hiding salary and poor negotiating. There is no team building. The last year I worked there we did not have one in person meeting as a team.
