medical insurance after 3 months, 5 sick-days per year., 1 pair of security boots per year.
Cons
no management, no salary increase, the worst salaries in the area (HVAC). Most part of employees hate the company so nearly everybody tries to do the worst possible work as long as possible ("you get what you paid for"). Never seen before so slow and bad work.
