Pros
They tend to try and find developers longer and more interesting projects. Little burocracy with tasks outside the client. Feel supported when things dont go 100% to plan.
Cons
No bonuses Overtime they are losing the small connections people created in local events. Now there were much less and focused mainly in lisbon. Only 22 vacation days. Something that i felt was annoying, is that they would only give a christmas present to people that went to lisbon for the company party. Even though everyone contributes to the success and not only the ones that can go to the event!
