Get ready for a long game of fighting, politics and record keeping within your own organization and team. - You are expected to put 12-14 hours a day, even work 7 days a week. Don’t give them the satisfaction. - High employee turn over. You will see several people resigning or quitting their jobs. - Favoritism, verbal abuse and nepotism. Some employees are guarded from committing mishaps and violations.
