terrible management, under valued, shocking working hours - not unheard of to do 70 H weeks for well very bad money. Would often call on a weekend with more to do for Monday. Liked to use work experience staff so he didn't have have pay wages. SO GLAD to be gone, very surprised they are still in business MD is clueless. DO NOT USE THEM EVER. Haven't worked there in years but still shudder when i think about it.
