Pros
I worked at DecoNetwork for over 2 years starting the summer of 2016. From the first day that I worked there, I felt like family and still to this day keep up with many of my co-workers and a hand whenever I can. DecoNetwork is very supportive of all of their employees and listen to all ideas no matter the position. The management style allows for autonomy and actually cares for the employee as a person. There were many instances where I would have to work from home and I was never intimidated to ask, company culture is close and highly collaborative. I had the opportunity to solve business problems for companies all over the world. The company was not married to its KPIs or scripts which allows us to meet the customers needs with freedom and the way we see fit for the customers. This is proven effective and reflects in DecoNetwork's high satisfaction rating (consistently high 90s). Company culture is amazing, if you like video games, food, and ping-pong, work hard play hard environment. Don't be afraid to hit the ground running.
Cons
They are smaller but global company which means that their resources are stretched out between several countries across the globe. as a result, pay is not above market value. Support is based out of Atlanta but Dev is based out of Australia. This can sometimes result in communication issues that can add stress to support in making sure that customer needs are met.
