      - Poor Management - Poor Lidership Team - Terrible IT Systems - Part of a Multinational (weird) group, but being managed as 80's Portuguese companies with poor micromanagement - Hybrid work (Wanting people in the office, just because they want to see people there)

      Besides the salary, which is quite competitive, I love the company culture and the chance to work at a highly specialized environment in constant evolution, allowing you to participate in multiple projects while cooperating with multiple areas.

      Cons

      The hybrid model could evolve into 100% remote or optional presence.
