Pros

Salary is reasonable for fresh graduates and job scope allows learning through real operations. There is good exposure to MNC environments and opportunities to work with external parties such as customs, which helps in understanding the logistics industry. Company provides a platform to learn things that are usually hard to access at entry level.

Cons

Limited support at work and insufficient feedback. When issues arise, it is often unclear who to approach, which can make employees feel like they are working on their own without proper guidance.
