great coworkers, loved getting to do what I studied in school, I was paid well, I got a raise every year because my reviews were good, and depending on who was in management at the time I felt like I made a difference and was able to move forward in my career
Cons
I worked here for over 2 years (a long time for this company) and in the last couple months of employment I got a new manager that didn't trust me. I'd had at least 5 different direct managers in 2 years that all gave me stellar reviews. My dog got sick and died so I couldn't come in to work for a week. So I was fired suddenly and unfairly, leaving my team with a mountain of extra work because if someone leaves they aren't replaced. Also the health insurance is horrible.
