- The little empathy from management. - The lack of care for anyone outside of head office. - There is no chance of moving up in the company from instore to head office. - The company cares so much about their public image although they neglect their team members. - Head office and management seem to forget that we are the reason there is a company. - There is no support for ASM/SM

Pros: - Supportive team members at store level - Gained experience in retail operations and team leadership - Staff discount

Cons: - Culture became toxic after management change - Poor communication and lack of clarity from regional and head office - Reduced support for ASMs and store managers - High pressure with low recognition - Low morale and high turnover
