Pros
There are a number of highly talented technically capable individuals and thought leaders. If you are fresh out of college and want data and analytics experience, you could do a lot worse than here. Friendly, passionate people and pretty good company culture for the most part. There's definitely unrealized potential, which is why it's so disappointing.
Cons
If this were a university or academic institution, I'd probably give it 5 stars for the way people approach their work with the kind of passion one sees in fields of research, but it's a place of employment where clients are paying very well for the work. Despite charging clients very high rates, they pay employees far below market rate across the board, and often learn how to do things on the fly, meaning they're charging their customers for their employees' training. Leadership is all over the place and somewhat asleep at the wheel in terms of overall business strategy. Although employees are technically capable, there's a severe lack of outside career experience, meaning their perspective is very skewed, and more often than not they can't handle difficult client experiences. They often don't have the bandwidth or resources to scale fast enough to truly grow the business.
