      A great learning environment where I got the chance to gain experience, have an impact and work alongside senior staff. I was given responsibility from day one.

      Company has great product market fit There is a massive need and a lot of upside for the application

      Cons

      Product isn't quite there and the company is short on engineering resources. Not a real clear direction from leadership about how product will be enhanced going forward.
