Small company, sometimes stretched thin

We are professionals who are also like a family. Amazing support, endless opportunities to advance, hard work pays off with amazing compensation, sky is the limit. Great atmosphere, positive attitudes, management is always there for you. Ongoing training where everybody's input counts. There is no micromanaging, but there is always someone there to support you. You truly get back what you put into your work. The office is beautiful with spacious workspace, state of the art equipment and all of the technical support you need to be productive. You are given plenty of time for lunch where you have the freedom to leave and eat lunch or do errands, or just relax on the outside patio connected to the main office. There are always drinks and snacks available. This is a company that appreciates that you are spending your valuable time and your skills to better your life and this business. Time goes by quickly because you will find yourself constantly building your client base and therefore not always feeling like you have enough time to finish everything. This is only a con to those who feel like they can never leave anything until the next day.
