NA - Data Analyst DecisionAttic Employee Review

I joined the company in 2022 interview was at client side. So I had the opportunity to work from home.

1. Worst company for Female Employee who is planning to have a baby as this company forced you to sign only 2 months leave whereas they are suppose to give you 6 months of leave ( legally, and as a start they fall into this criteria as well) 2. HR's /founder/Co-founder are not on the same page while talking about leaves/ Compensation/ Promises to the employees. 3. Will ask you to do the job which is not from your field(asking a data analyst to do the job of a web designing is a classic example). 4. By the time I was in the company, They were relying only on one client. Didn't had a vision on how to get new clients. 5. Don't have a vision on how to step into the real analystic world. 6. Company say's they ate doing Data Engineering as well but there was not a single person I know was a part of this field. Everyone was just working into PowerBI report development. 7. If this one client decides to close the position, then you are on bench and after 15 or 30 day you are fired so not job security. 8. Official communications rans on Whatsapp not of official email channel(this was the case by the time I was in the company) 9. HRs makes false promises during the joining. 10. Hardly any appraisal for employees.
