      Founder is forcing his employees to work for 15 hrs just to fill his pocket Managers proudly encourage this in the name of growth At the time of hiring, HR will not offer good hike but when you join, all they talk about this is the place to grow and work for these extended hrs

      Cons

      Resource management is pathetic. All leads fight for resource and ultimately it's the employee who suffers
