Great people, great mission, great company! I feel very valued in my contributions to the mission of the company. Any issues that I have had have been heard and favorably actioned. The remote work policy makes for a great work-life balance, and the company is great about understanding that people have a life outside of the job.

As a small company, lines of communications and responsibility are sometimes blurry. People are expected to pick up slack regardless of position.

Intelligent and helpful employees willing to help with any questions. R&D department is eager to push the envelope and innovate solutions for financial planning.

I personally prefer to be in an office a majority of the time, but the company has transitioned to almost fully remote.
