Pros
Good ambience of working environment. Filled with creative young people and friendly individuals. They gave me freedom to be more creative worker by listening to my ideas and give a job desk based on my position without any boundaries to develop my ideas.
Cons
When I was working as a photo editor and I am living in Italy, they send me tasks to do without considering the time differences.
