Having worked for Decimal for 24 years, I cannot believe I am retiring and leaving the family atmosphere that Decimal created for me. I was fortunate enough to work at a company that always treated me fairly and respectfully and allowed me to support and grow my family, purchase a home, and feel secure. I was never laid off. There was always so much work coming our way. As a company, there is great pride in the quality of work and an ongoing commitment to customers that continues today.
