      Flexibility in work life balance

      Cons

      Micromanage to the 10 degree, no one hits quota and sales department is always behind - a lot of pressure and intimidation for little compensation. There is no getting ahead at Decian.

      Bad inter department communication. Issues with communication between teams on what needs to be done on some jobs.

      Pros

      Managers are never there Good employees Family business

      Cons

      When managers are there all they do is micromanage and never practice what they preach If you're not in with the family you are just replaceable number to them They up and lie about salary and commission. The pay structure is so convoluted you won't know what you make until the first year is over.
