Pros
Dechra was a company I only wanted to use as a stop gap. However after only a short period of time I became attached, working for Dechra is like being at home, we are one big family. I started off as an operator in manufacturing but wanted more. Dechra gave me the tools I required to move forward. After a short period I moved on to be a manufacturing team leader, Dechra put me through all the training I required and helped me progress, but that was not the end. Dechra provided further training both short and long course. I am now a manufacturing supervisor and thoroughly enjoying my time here. I am great full for all they have provided. Furthermore this is not the only thing that Dechra have done for me. I also joined their fantastic share scheme, which has help me put a firm foot in the ground and helped me with my home life. A fantastic company with great prospects, if you are prepared to exceed the expectation and push for a better future. Good company and great people!
