No room for advancement for paralegals - Paralegal Dechert Employee Review

Underpaid, over worked (if you are responsible and do good work, they just pile more work on you without any overtime/bonus/salary increase). Very little room for advancement (told during performance reviews that paralegals rarely get promoted to more senior positions). Billable hours got docked by partner (even though this is against firm policy).
