Pros

Very good compensation Product is pretty good

Cons

- Work life balance is non-existent. It's well known within the company that you have to work 24/7. So keep that in mind before joining. - CEO has good vision for the company but also has the ego of Steve Jobs. You basically need to be in his good books and cannot voice an opinion against. - People give a lot of stick to HRs everywhere but I haven't seen a HR team as incompetent as here. Anybody could do what they're doing and still do a better job. - Lot of fake reviews on Glassdoor. You can easily tell by the language used and that they are all written on the same date. - The hiring page says device of your choice will be given along with WFH policy, but it's all just words. After joining HR will say that everyone else is coming to office so you have to too. - Benefits should be more such as tax exemption allowances and increased coverage on health insurance.

Pros

The company provides excellent exposure to international operations and customer relationship management. Working in a cross-border support environment has helped me strengthen my communication, problem-solving, and operational coordination skills while collaborating with global teams.

Cons

The role can occasionally be demanding due to the fast-paced nature of cross-border operations and varying customer expectations across regions. However, it creates a strong learning environment and helps employees develop adaptability, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
