      Pros

      It seems nice at first.

      Cons

      The "leader" has no direction. He got lucky with crypto and is trying to rebrand himself as a visionary. But all he does is bully a small handful of employees to make what he would do as a side project if he had any talent. There is no feedback, no business plan, no HR, no way for mediation. It's just, "do this now or you're fired". A terrible experience.

      - One of the best teams I have worked with in my life. Every person. - Engineering and Marketing teams are top notch and care deeply in producing great work. - Office is state of the art with robots and tech. - Weekly end of the week seminars, education, and team building is great. - People are care about each other. - Everyone rolls their sleeves up to help in all aspects of the company.
