      Pros

      --> Interesting space to work in - working at the forefront of blockchain is pretty neat stuff. Decentral also has a ton of partners and affiliates. --> Team is genuine, fun. We do D3 (Decentral demos and drinks) every Friday. --> Real responsibilities. You're expected to dive with both feet in. This is especially so if you're a go-getter.

      Cons

      --> This place isn't for everyone. If you don't like changes, and don't like fixed work hours, this place probably isn't for you.

      - One of the best teams I have worked with in my life. Every person. - Engineering and Marketing teams are top notch and care deeply in producing great work. - Office is state of the art with robots and tech. - Weekly end of the week seminars, education, and team building is great. - People are care about each other. - Everyone rolls their sleeves up to help in all aspects of the company.
