      - Fair pay -Great co workers and mentality -Satisfying procedures - Really Cool parts -Safety is a high priority

      Cons

      - I honesty can’t think I of a single bad thing to say. Cost of living in Oregon is rediculous but the company does its best with what it can. I and so many other people have found Decavo to be a safe haven for consistant work and good communication throughout every peer there.

      They are misogynistic and rude to employees. Bosses don't care either. They push it under the rug and blame the woman.
