I couldn't be happier. No cons.

If you work in the medical field you kniw how hard it is to find a balance with work and family. Any position with this company is Monday through Friday. No weekend's or holidays and all the clinics are closed Christmas day through New Years day, paid with only busing a few days of additional PTO. Vacations and bonus levels were achievable. This was a corporation that treated their employees, like family. Sonit was quite difficult to watch the decline.

Once Dr. Decatur got sick and passed away, his vision got lost. The corporate administration, who was not family, had an agenda all their own. That I felt, was not what Dr. Decatur would have wanted.
