Worst Managment - Technical Support Engineer Decagon Scaffolding Employee Review

I could not find any good thing in few days of tenure

Interviews are easy and they will make you comfortable and join the company on immediate basis, afterwards within probation period they will take out all the data or required details from you and then within few day the management make out decision to remove the employee within hours. During few working days (8 days) of my tenure in this company, i had seen three sales guys, one executive and one scaffolder were removed, existing employees almost all are new no one has long career in this company. Management keep passport of all employees under their custody. Hence if you are will to take risk then you can join this company otherwise stay away especially for visit visa job hunters

They doesn't do good for employees.

Company is far away from dubai city, after attending interview, they call for employment and waste your time. hiring and firing is normal in this company. If today they feel to fire you then they just simply fire without any reason. My recommendation for all visiting visa candidate to avoid this company as they target mostly to visit visa candidates.
