Worst Management (Visit visa candidates please avoid this company) - HR and Admin Support Decagon Scaffolding Employee Review

No pros, The working conditions and situation were terrible.

1. No transport. 2. No Salary paid on time. 3. Employee layovers.

I could not find any good thing in few days of tenure

Interviews are easy and they will make you comfortable and join the company on immediate basis, afterwards within probation period they will take out all the data or required details from you and then within few day the management make out decision to remove the employee within hours. During few working days (8 days) of my tenure in this company, i had seen three sales guys, one executive and one scaffolder were removed, existing employees almost all are new no one has long career in this company. Management keep passport of all employees under their custody. Hence if you are will to take risk then you can join this company otherwise stay away especially for visit visa job hunters
