Pros

Lots of very strong talent and a combination of very friendly, smart, and great people to work with. High learning rate and great experience to grow in your career. The leadership team is very supportive and the different departments work very well together. Everyone is cared for in this company, a great place and vibe.

Cons

Fully remote - which some people may find a bit difficult. It's a place with no micro-management, giving people responsibility to make sure their work is done.

We are always looking for feedback on how we can continue to improve the working environment - especially when working in a fully remote model. Thank you again for taking time to share your experience! Ben

Pros

Great concept, work flexibility, excellent pool of talent.

Cons

The company often feels like vanity project for the CEO. Bad ideas get a lot of traction and honest criticism isn't welcomed (which doesn't work for a scientifically based company). Nepotism is rampant. Core staff are treated as disposable so time and money is wasted on outside contractors who aren't fit for task. One of the senior business leaders was openly misogynistic to multiple female staff members and nothing was ever done to rectify this despite multiple official complaints. In-house experts are not given ownership of projects as the CEO changes his mind constantly about direction and goals. Staff turnover is incredibly high because people are either fired or leave within a year of joining.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is valued. I do appreciate your recognition of the wonderful talent that chooses to be a part of this company. We cannot change the world without them! I am disheartened to hear your comment about the company feeling like a vanity project for myself. As you may know, I have invested over 26 years into research and development at great expense in order to find deeper meaning and understanding to help companies better engage their audiences. This is my life mission and purpose. At times yes, I do need to get out there and share the word. Ironically, at my expense as an introvert! Where this is challenging for me personally. I am also saddened to hear comments about nepotism and staff treatment. I take those extremely seriously and meet with leadership on an ongoing basis to discuss. Ensuring there is no issue we have been able to identify. Do feel free to reach out to me personally, any time to share specific details so that it can be addressed. As an progressive and agile organization, we do rely at times on short-term contracts and support. As we are seeking explorer-type personalities that can bring their best to our team, some at times of course may find it is not their place and we encourage and support them to continue exploring. I am only a company because of our people and I could personally never consider a team member at all disposable. That is my commitment. As for the comment about a misogynistic business leader. This is also very concerning to hear and has been investigated. We are an exceptionally inclusive company and pride ourselves of this nature. As our leadership team was entirely female other than myself, we would assume there was a disagreement with a contract consultant working on a limited project base. Who was immediately removed from the engagement based on feedback we welcomed from the team. I would very much welcome any specific detail in a direct conversation. I am sorry to hear you felt as though in-house experts are not given ownership of their projects as this is a core philosophy of our business and our experts are running multiple projects on an ongoing basis. We are an research-based company that has experimented over time to develop innovative approaches to engagement challenges our client suffer. Being that, we will learn and adjust in the most agile nature. This can at times feel like we are adjusting. Rest assured, it has proven to be very worthwhile in our pursuit of better engagement. I have never wanted to stand still and tolerate poor levels of engagement for companies. Again, thank you for your thoughts and comments. They are always welcome and my commitment is always for better. I am sorry that you were not a fit for our team as I felt highly optimistic when you joined that you would bring something special to the team. Ben
