Pros
I started with the company when it was really small, in an entry-level CSR position. Within a few years, the company has provided me with lots of training and opportunities for advancement. They allow their employees to have a large amount of input on processes and procedures and have implemented a much more formal review process which has helped employee motivation and retention. Both of the CEOs are very visible in the company and make decisions that benefit the company as a whole. Upper leadership is thoughtful when creating work place policies and has done a fabulous job during COVID keeping employees safe. Couldn't really ask for a better company to work for.
Cons
Growing pains are definitely real! Going from an under 20 person staff when I started to well over 50 comes with some scalability challenges. Some office politics and lack of holding people accountable, but I have seen changes in this already over the last year. Bringing HR in house and as well as two presidents to help guide the company has really made a huge difference.
