Pros
Out of all the companies I have worked at, DebtNext is by far my favorite. They want you to have a work life balance, and genuinely care about their employees. In addition, they have managed to hire an awesome group of people, that I absolutely love working with. In addition to an awesome work environment, they also let you work from home when needed.
Cons
It is a smaller company, so insurance is a little pricier than normal. However, they pay well, so it does not bother me. Promotion wise, the company is relatively flat, however, if you have something you are interested in doing, they are open to movement within the company.
