Pros
The concept is really good and can help a lot of people resolve their debts by connecting people struggling with debts with effective attorneys.
Cons
Things change on a dime and you need to be prepared as management is constantly improving the product. Also, I didn't think there was enough training, so I had to figure it out as I went along.
