      Pros

      Great culture - you can work as per your own convenient time. Fast promotions. I've seen people go from intern to Project Manager in less than a year (they trust young people) Less to no pressure. Learning curve gets steeper gradually

      Cons

      Some weekends can become working, although voluntary. Post office hours late night meets and code sessions are common.
