      Pros

      Very flexible, awesome team, great manager, nice culture and people to work with, great benefits, matches 401K, pension, health insurance is the best - Have only good things to say, great bonus

      Cons

      Salary is poor - Only reason why I would jump is to get more pay and they are very late to adopt new technologies. Things are changing now though except salary.
