Great place to work, amazing co-workers.

Not many cons, just lack of training and expectations from a few.

The office is located in a secure building right in downtown Orlando, which is fantastic for convenience and safety. Plus, the office itself is quite nice—well-maintained and comfortable (if you don't mind wearing a parka because of its freezing temperature).

The company culture can feel outdated, and issues like favoritism, questionable leadership, and a lack of accountability can affect the work experience. Additionally, management is often resistant to changing processes, even when those changes could significantly improve efficiency. This reluctance can make it difficult to drive progress and adapt to new ways of working.
