Wages are above UK min. wage, 10% discount for staff

Cons

- One-way communication from management (feedback is ignored). - Supervisors not held accountable for their failures, and failing to follow same standards as other supervisors due to pressure on them to complete daily tasks with interruptions, so blame gets passed down. - Poor staff job satisfaction. - Discrimination (disability, race, mental health). - Prejudice and bullying based on assumptions. - Unequal disciplne / scapegoating. - Favoritism. - Previous staff members experience ignored in favour of keeping things as they are.

Use as a start on retail ladder... as lower management position ie assistant /duty manager is so low ...

Cons

Poor planning, Little respect for staff.. Muddle of the night shifts with no thought to staff safety ... Almost minimum pay for sales assistant ... Expectations on low paid staff
