      Very unorganised as a company They expect you to do a million jobs at one time and do them perfectly Very unrealistic standards for how understaffed they are Pay isn’t great

      Use as a start on retail ladder... as lower management position ie assistant /duty manager is so low ...

      Cons

      Poor planning, Little respect for staff.. Muddle of the night shifts with no thought to staff safety ... Almost minimum pay for sales assistant ... Expectations on low paid staff
