The only pro is good coworkers (non-management)
Cons
Terrible management. The CEO is a smart guy but has never held a real job outside of his company and thinks he knows everything about the automotive industry based on working at his dad's dealership as a teenager. It is also an inferior product, Selling and supporting an outdated software that costs multiple times the competitors (which are better systems) is challenging and frustrating. They refuse to implement basic features that customers want/need and refuse to partner with other companies in the industry.
