      U get free snacks thats it

      Cons

      Poor management Poor working culture They dont treat u as employees, but rather some slaves No benefits They will not ask you to work beyond your working hours, they will actually FORCE you to do so. All they give is pressure, unnecessary tensions, workloads. Please save yourself and dont apply here

      colleagues Are good with each other /Sab apna apna dekhte hai

      but Senior management want us to roam behind them and do every task which sometimes goes to 12 hours
