Pros
Work life balance is good. That’s about it.
Cons
There is a certain number of tires you must sell in order to get your bonus. They lie to you in the interview that you won’t have to really do the selling because the advisors do most of it, then when you aren’t really hitting your number they come in and tell you you’re doing it wrong and you have to sell the tires yourself and talk with the customer and advisor at the same time to make the sale. Then they’ll tell you that you’re getting too friendly with the advisors and not concentrating on selling when you’re in the office with the advisors trying to make a sale. They want you to keep to your self, don’t make friends and just sell tires. Then when you finally turn the store around and the numbers are great they don’t even say great job, they just find another reason to keep your moral down. Then the dealership will bring in a machine that basically does your job and then the company will look for any reason to fire you so be careful with this place. They make it seem like it’s such a good company to work for but even when you’re doing a good job they still expect more.
