Pros
Work life balance is directed more to entry level positions. Management is 24/7 job if you want to be successful. Pay is decent but bonuses have become increasingly difficult to hit. I am lucky enough to have a true leader in front of me but I cannot speak for other sectors of the company.
Cons
Analytics is a joke. Collected data from dealerships is very inconsistent and leads to bloated goals. Outside my team I think Dealer Tire does a poor job implementing a positive culture and leaves that up to direct management to instill this into their teams which leads to a lot of disgruntled employees that feel left out on an island because of poor management.
